Automatic TIG Welding for Metal Hose Cap and Attachment Welds

Our Automated TIG Welding Machine for Consistent, High-Quality Metal Hose Welds

Equipment Overview

Our automatic TIG (GTAW) welding systems are designed to perform cap welds and attachment welds on metal hoses, offering precise, repeatable, and reliable welding for industrial production.

Cap Weld:

Our metal hose automatic welding machine can weld metal corrugated hoses, braids (wire mesh), and neck rings together using filler wire TIG welding, forming a robust sealed assembly.

Attachment Weld:

Our automatic welding machine can weld the semi-finished seal-welded hoses to fittings/attachments automatically, ensuring consistent alignment and weld quality.

Key Features of the Equipment

Industry-Compatible Workflow

The system follows the same steps as traditional TIG welding, making it easy to integrate into existing production lines.

Wide Applicability

Compatible with various hose and fitting sizes; no special dimensions required. Ideal for small-lot or multi-variety manufacturing.

Consistent Quality

Produces uniform welds across batches.

Automation Advantages

-Reduces manual labor and operator dependency
-High repeatability and stable weld quality

Material Compatibility

Supports stainless steel and high-alloy hoses.

Ease of Use

Minimal setup required; no pre-treatment of components necessary.

Why choose metal hose cap welding and attachment welding?

Key Benefits:

  • No Special Size Requirements for Fittings – Compatible with various types of fittings.
  • No Pre-Treatment Required – No need for additional pre-treatment steps.
  • Manual Welding Simulation – Mimics hand welding, ensuring high welding consistency.

Why Choose MecaNext for Automation Welding

Designed for real production, not just automation demos.

We understand flexible hoses, not only welding machines

Our team has hands-on experience with metal flexible hose structures, materials, and sealing requirements. This allows us to optimize welding parameters and fixtures based on the product itself, not trial-and-error.

Stable and proven TIG welding performance

The system delivers consistent results for both seal welding and fitting (attachment) welding, ensuring reliable penetration and repeatability across different materials.

Clear SOPs for fast and reliable operation

Each machine is delivered with detailed operation manuals, programming SOPs, and process guidance, reducing operator dependency and shortening the learning curve.

Professional technical and after-sales support

We support customers with sample trial welding, program presetting, remote video assistance, and optional on-site training, ensuring smooth commissioning and long-term operation.

Reliable industrial design

Simple structure, stable control logic, and easy maintenance — built for daily production, not laboratory conditions.

FAQ

We have different TIG welding systems for different size range, supporting metal corrugated hoses from DN12-DN300.

he machine is compatible with stainless steel, nickel alloys, and other high-alloy corrugated hoses, including hoses with braids and neck rings. Standard industrial fittings can also be welded.

Production depends on metal hose size and configuration, but typical output is up to 36 hoses per hour at DN50 sealing welding. The system is also ideal for small-lot, multi-variety batch production.

-PLC-controlled operation with touchscreen HMI

-Adjustable hose rotation and positioning

-Automated welding parameters (current, voltage, wire feed, speed)
