Circumferential and Longitudinal Welding Techniques
- During circumferential seam welding, the welding operation is performed using a welding manipulator arm in conjunction with a CNC roller frame to drive the rotation of the weldment.
- For longitudinal seam welding, a welding method is employed where the weldment is translated or moved while welding takes place.

- Utilizes TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding.
- The machine features a modular design with a movable spindle box for flexibility and convenience.
- Clamping is achieved through an electric chuck. The combination of an electric chuck and a rotatable & height-adjustable support significantly improves clamping efficiency.
- The control system uses a large touchscreen human-machine interface, enabling easy programming.
